Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Homelessness / At Risk Only ; Men/Boys Only
Application: For individuals who have completed a bed-based treatment program. Must be abstinent for 30 days. Clients must have graduated from a recognized treatment program and be prepared to participate in a full twelve-step program. Referrals are accepted from bed-based treatment centres. Referrals should be made while the individual is in bed-based treatment. Referrals are directed to contact Coordinated Access to Addiction Services.
