  • funds for eligible individuals to help meet basic living, shelter, and employment costs
  • assistance obtaining employment * upgrade education and skills * work experience
  • Learning Earning And Parenting Program assists young parents 16-25 years of age to complete high school and develop sound parenting skills
  • support young parents to achieve economic independence and provide a healthy start for their children
  • may also include health related benefits such as prescription drug coverage, dental coverage for children, vision care, diabetic or surgical supplies and dressings, medical transportation, assistive devices, and extended health benefits
