Description of Services: Adult day program serves clients with high care needs and those who exhibit challenging behaviors * Indus also provides specialized care for clients with dementia-related illnesses

The Day program offers
  • stimulating physical, mental, social and recreational activities in a group setting or during one-on-one session to promote independence
  • nutritious vegetarian South Asian meals provided daily
  • foot care and hair cutting services are offered to registered participants
  • bathing and grooming services are available for nominal fee at 245 Queen St location
Requirements
Fees: Program - $23/day (Core Hours) * Extended Hours $25/day (core hours plus am or pm) * Foot care $20 * extra charge for transportation
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Services are primarily offered to frail-elderly, cognitively impaired, and physically challenged people
