| Description des services: | Day Treatment Program provides intensive mental health treatment through group programming and individual sessions with a care coordinator. Clients learn about their illness and coping strategies while participating in the treatment modalities. Services are provided through an interdisciplinary team, including social workers, addictions workers, occupational therapists, and input from inpatient social work, pharmacist and dietician, etc. as needed. | ||
