The interdisciplinary team includes a psychiatrist, social workers, nurse practitioners, child and youth workers and an intake clinician. | ||

| Procédé et formulaires: | Clients are referred through a family physician, pediatrician or psychiatrist or through a crisis and emergency room physician for follow up appointments as appropriate. All new referrals are screened by the intake clinician. Priority is given to any urgent cases. Referral form is available on the website. | ||
