Description of Services: Offers dietetic services (a registered dietitian) to LAMP clients and programs * one-on-one counselling is provided by a registered dietitian to LAMP people of all ages, who would like to improve their overall health, manage chronic conditions, and achieve lifestyle changes * offer one-on-one appointments to support healthy eating for a variety of concerns, including heart health or other chronic disease management, pregnancy, child development, weight management and many more goals * also provide group programs that through nutritional education, skill development and practical hands-on activities, promote healthy eating, illness prevention and management
