  • Assistance with health care expenses such as glasses, medical travel costs, assistive technology

  • Provides financial assistance for home support services and institutional care

  • Former and certain current members of the Canadian Forces

  • Allied veterans who lived in Canada prior to periods of war

  • Certain civilians with wartime service
