Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Residents of Canada with Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) level 5 and up with training in a specific occupation of industry and need to improve occupation-specific communication and are a:
  • Permanent resident
  • Convention refugees/Protected persons
  • Temporary resident affected by the crisis in Gaza
