Description of Services:	Provides information on preventative dental health practices Conducts yearly surveys of school children's dental requirements to enhance existing programs and to determine gaps Offers a dental screening program in schools Provides assistance in finding a dentist, filling out forms etc, for individuals who qualify for free dental services Offers the following programs that may qualify people for free dental services: Children's Oral Health Initiative (COHI) Green Door Project Healthy Smiles Ontario (HSO) Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program (OSDCP) Assists with: finding a dentist filling out forms/applications

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Children's Oral Health Initiative (COHI): First Nations children aged 0-7 years old and their parents/caregivers Green Door Project: Emergency dental services for people aged 18-64 years of age who have no other form of dental coverage Healthy Smiles Ontario (HSO): Children 0-17 years of age Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program (OSDCP): Low-income seniors 65 years of age and older
