Description of Services:	Functions as the governing office for the community; oversees all community programs, services and facilities Activities and services for community members also include but are not limited to the following: Child and Family Services worker on-reserve provided through Tikinagan Child and Family Services in Red Lake Hospital services available at Meno Ya Win Health Centre in Sioux Lookout and Margaret Cochenour Hospital in Red Lake Ontario First Nation Policing arrangements through Nishnawbe-Aski Police Services (NAPS), Northwest Region; local phone: 807-772-1030 Offers a main Northern grocery store and gas station and the Poplar Hill Motel Operates a Canada Post postal service located at the Northern Store Operates the Poplar Hill Airport, 1.1 km from the community; maintained and serviced by the Ministry of Transportation Ontario and served primarily by Wasaya Airways Administers education services and Ahgwahbuush Memorial School under the Education Authority Coordinates community health programs at the Health Clinic and provides health care from the Nursing Station Services and Programs: Extended Health Benefits Ontario Works Public Works Department Health Clinic - Health Services Department
