Rehabilitation and coordinated health services for people diagnosed with nervous system traumas or neurological conditions, such as a recent stroke within the past 9 months, an acquired brain injury (e.g. aneurysm) within the past year, a neurological condition (e.g. multiple sclerosis, or degenerative conditions) * in-person or virtual therapy available Services may include: Occupational Therapy
Physiotherapy
Speech-Language Pathology Assessment and treatment for:
Social Work

| Admissibilité / population desservie: | Medically stable adults 18 years and older with a neurological condition * patients must be under the care of a family doctor, noit be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, have shown recent progress in recovery, have clear rehab goals, and be able to tolerate at least a 3-hour program (less if only one service is required) * patients must commit to attend regular sessions and complete recommended home activities/exercises | ||
