The Hip and Knee Rapid Access Clinics were launched on November 1, 2018 to support patients with moderate to severe hip or knee arthritis. The program provides patients with a standardized assessment by an Advanced Practice Provider within 4 weeks of the referral to determine the appropriate path tailored to the patient’s needs including non-surgical management and/or surgical consultation.
